What you practise here

In practice

A joinery workshop, a fitted wardrobe, fourteen emails: changed dimensions, oak instead of ash, first three drawers, then four, a confirmed delivery date. In email 9 the customer asks about an early-payment discount; it was never agreed. Instead of summarising it all first, the order team gives the AI the whole thread with a clear brief: only what was firmly agreed, no mention of the discount, one page at most. When it comes to the drawers, the AI asks – three or four? – instead of choosing for itself; the later figure applies. Then the cover letter arrives, and every condition in the brief has been met.
