Which package is right for beginners?
The AI Foundation is designed for getting started: it builds the tool-independent basics the further levels rely on.
Do I have to begin with level 1?
No. You can start with the Foundation or enter directly at a higher level if you already apply the basics confidently.
Can I use the Compass on my own?
Yes. The Compass is designed for individuals as much as for teams – you work at your own pace in the customer portal.
How quickly is content shown?
That is up to you. At the calm pace one guide is shown per week, at the brisk pace two. In the customer portal you can switch at any time between calm pace, brisk pace and “All content right away” – or make everything visible in one click with the “Show all content now” button. Either way, your six months stay the same. In companies, the team administration sets the pace for everyone. The first practical guide is there as soon as your access starts.
How long do I have access?
Six months from activation – whatever learning pace you choose, and also if you have everything shown right away.
What stays after the term ends?
Your own prompt templates, helper profiles and workflows & rules from the AI Workbench can be exported as PDF or Markdown and taken with you. The practical guides themselves cannot be exported.
Can I continue later with an Advanced package?
Yes. After a learning package you can build on what you've learned with a matching Advanced package – aligned to your next development step.
How does a deep-dive differ from a full learning package?
Deep-dives complement your learning journey on specific, clearly defined topics. They are not a Foundation or Advanced package and aren't meant as a standalone starting point.
